I Wish I Was Dead

The last piece of visual poetry for my module at university this is my favourite one. I think the colours, layout, image and poetry all work perfectly together to portray the feeling of the piece.

The poetry reads:

Tears hit the table in the overwhelming incoherent aftermath
Flow my fury this emotion commotion
What a perfect ending
I was just driving along depression
Now I'm in a car crash
And she says she wishes i wasn't made this way
She wishes she could take the pain away
But we both know it's here to stay
"I wish I was dead" is scrawled all over the inside of my head
